This spring I had the fortune of returning to Lake Superior.  It was an enjoyable excursion as I hadn't been along the lake in over 17 years.  I returned to a place called Gooseberry Falls and took these pictures.  The river had just broken free (3 days prior) and the water was certainly flowing.  There are a few other pictures of the lake on the way up as well.  For more information please visit Gooseberry Falls State Park.
